Welcome to MinexNodes! These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your access to and use of our services at https://client.minexnodes.com/ and https://dash.minexnodes.com/ (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree with any part of these TOS, you must not use our Services.

Account Registration and Use

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use our Services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

1.2 Account Creation: You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited and will result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

1.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of Services

2.1 Compliance: You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these TOS.

2.2 Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Data and Privacy

3.1 Data Location: All data is located in a datacenter in Germany.

3.2 Data Access: Our staff can access the contents of all servers and will conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with these TOS. If we determine that your server is in violation, it may be suspended.

Billing and Refunds

4.1 Billing: We use Stripe as our billing gateway. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms of service, available at https://stripe.com/.

4.2 Refunds: Refunds are available only within seven (7) days of your initial purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Suspension and Termination

5.1 Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these TOS.

5.2 Termination: We may terminate your account and access to the Services if you are found to be in violation of these TOS or for any other reason deemed appropriate by us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinexNodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Services.

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.

Changes to the TOS

We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new TOS on our website. You are advised to review these TOS periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
